[Setup] menu

The changed setup is not saved to setup file automatically. To keep the changed setup permanently, save setup from [Save setup...] menu manually.

Additional settings...: Setting up the new Tera Term options introduced by the UTF-8 package.
Save setup...: Saving current configuration into Tera Term configuration file.
Restore setup...: Restoring Tera Term parameters using configuration file
Setup directory...: Open path to current configuration file.
Load key map...: Restoring keyboard using configuration file
